WE ARE a 501(c)3 non-profit organization made up volunteers who have opened our homes as foster care providers to abandon or lost cats that have joined outdoor feral (wild) cat/street cat colonies. All our foster cats are friendly and are so deserving of a forever home where they will never go hungry or shiver in the cold again.
We do not have a shelter.
Unfortunately we do not have a shelter facility. Each of our foster homes have very limited space. Our foster homes are made up of volunteers who have jobs and families. Arrangements need to be made in advance to view any cat you may be interested in knowing more about. For this reason we do not have an available phone line. All inquires are processed by e-mail or by submitting an application form.

More about Companion Cats
We orriginated as the adoption arm of our sister organization, Alley Cat Angels, a non-profit 501(c)3 Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) organization. TNR is a full management plan in which stray and feral (wild) cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteer caregivers (caregivers provide on-going care, shelter, food, supervision, and medical treatment.) As they work tirelessly to Trap-Neuter-Return feral cat colonies in Calhoun County, they inevitably come across an assortment of young litters of kittens or friendly adult cats who, unlike their feral counterparts, would happily thrive as pet cats in a human home. Kittens and tame cats (who have joined a colony due to abandonment) are spayed/neutered, then placed into foster home until they are adopted into good homes. This is where our group comes into play.

EACH OF OUR FOSTER CATS are tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV. They are then spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and are dewormed. They remain in foster care until suitable forever homes are found for them. Some of our cats are considered "special needs" cats, meaning they may have special dietary needs, they may be seniors, black cats, have a physical deformity, or may require daily medication, but each cat is companion-pet-quality and special in their own unique way. Special needs cats are not unadoptable. Out there somewhere is a big-hearted family or person who will see just how special each cat is and love them just the way they are.
